Message	I'm pretty sure I know the answer to this, but I have to ask anyway for confirmation. Is this fitting supposed to be able to move? When I was checking for loose hoses and such I found that I was able to twist this fitting left and right about a 1/4 turn both ways. It seemed pretty loose.
